šĀ Important note:Ā Bases likeĀ BombshellĀ andĀ First Love, which do not contain glitter, have a different texture compared toĀ Angel,Ā Girl Code, andĀ Opal, which, besides fine particles, also contain hidden larger glitter pieces.
DuraGel Gel Polish Color Base Perfectly balanced texture, ideal for strengthening and building the apex (neither too thick nor too runny), with a self-leveling consistency that speeds up the application process. The base is harder, yet flexible enough for gel polish and the natural movement of the nails.
DuraGel Color BasesĀ can be applied directly to the prepared natural nail. However, for problematic nails, as well as glitter bases, we recommend usingĀ DuraGel 1 StepĀ first. This way, during refill or glitter removal, you donāt need to file down to the natural nail.
Usage:
Prepare the nail by pushing back or removing excess cuticle.
Shape the natural nail and prep with aĀ fileĀ (not a buffer!), applyĀ Nail Prep & Scrub dehydratorĀ andĀ Magic Airbond.
ApplyĀ Duragel step 1Ā if desired, rub it well into the nail and seal the edges. Cure, then continue with the chosen color base by first applying a slip layer rubbed into the nail (do not cure), and then build the apex with a second bead at the desired spot to strengthen the nail.
šĀ Curing time is 90 seconds, only in combi UV/LED lamps with a minimum power of 48 W.
After curing, if there are any minor imperfections, you can cleanse the base and gently file with a file or buffer.
Apply color and top coat, or leave just the color base and finish withĀ top coat.
