This is the soft and delicate version of our famous cat eye effects with extremely shiny particles. To get the effect of the photos, please watch the video.
Can be used with one or two magnets. We recommend using an extra strong magnet to get a better effect.
*After getting the desired effect, cure it for 90 seconds in the combined uv/led lamp and apply the top coat.
